Terms of Service
By using Trading AI you agree to these terms. Read them carefully — especially the financial disclaimer and the subscription rules.

By downloading, installing, creating an account on, or otherwise using Trading AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
Trading AI is a mobile application that analyzes photos and screenshots of financial charts using a machine-learning model that runs on your device, and produces an educational read of the chart — a directional verdict (buy / sell / hold), a confidence score and detected patterns — together with a scan history synced to your account.
The Service is informational and educational. It is not a brokerage, does not execute trades and does not provide financial advice.
3. Financial disclaimer
Trading AI is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Verdicts are generated automatically by a statistical model reading visual chart patterns. They can be wrong, incomplete or inapplicable to your situation, and must never be your sole basis for any trading decision. Trading financial instruments — including stocks, forex, derivatives and cryptocurrencies — involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past patterns do not guarantee future results. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose. Consider obtaining advice from a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for trading losses incurred while using the Service.
4. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
The app signs you in anonymously by default; you may optionally link Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at alex28042@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscriptions, billing and free trial
Trading AI offers a free tier with a limited number of scans, and a Pro tier ("Trading AI Pro") via the following auto-renewing subscriptions: a Weekly plan, a Yearly plan, a discounted Yearly plan and a Yearly plan with a free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the period at the price of your current plan.
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renew anytime in your Apple ID account settings (iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
- Free trial: any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription during the trial period.
- Refunds: all refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store refund policy (reportaproblem.apple.com). We cannot process refunds directly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, extract or attempt to copy the on-device model or any part of the Service;
- use automated means to mass-submit scans, circumvent quotas or disrupt the Service;
- resell, rebroadcast or present the Service's outputs as professional financial advice;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation.
7. Intellectual property
The Service — including its branding, UI, code, machine-learning models, copy and design — is owned by Alex Alonso and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service while you comply with these Terms. Chart images you analyze remain yours.
8. Third-party services
Trading AI integrates with Apple, Google, Supabase and RevenueCat. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, bugs or policy changes. Market data shown in your charts comes from whatever platform you screenshot — we have no relationship with, nor responsibility for, those platforms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from in-app Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk or abuse the Service. Sections 3, 7, 10 and 11 survive termination.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADING AI AND ALEX ALONSO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions: alex28042@gmail.com.
