Manage your subscription
All subscriptions (weekly, yearly, yearly discount and yearly trial) are processed by Apple. Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Trading AI to change or cancel your plan. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund requests are handled by Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, pick your Trading AI purchase and follow the refund flow.
Restore purchases on a new device
Inside the app, go to Settings → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
Delete your account
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app. This erases your profile, onboarding answers and scan history from our servers. Chart photos never left your device in the first place — the analysis runs locally.
Report a bug
Email alex28042@gmail.com with the steps to reproduce, screenshots and your iOS version. Crashes are usually fixed within one release.
Good to know
- Trading AI is iOS-only for now and requires iOS 17 or later.
- Chart analysis runs on-device; you can scan without an internet connection, and your history syncs when you're back online.
- Your account data lives in the EU (Supabase). You can delete it at any time from Settings.
